In the world of crossfit, there are WODs that are just slapped together
and some are impeccably designed. This is due to the fact that 2 or 3 movements
can be put together and be called a WOD. The challenge of being a smart
crossfit programmer as well as a good coach is to resist giving into the
temptation of compiling more insane or longer crush fests or experimental style
of WODs. It is best to keep firmly in mind that, simply because you can, does
